Meeting rooms and hall hire in Inverness
We have various meeting rooms available for rent on a regular or one off basis.
Our pricing is two tier - weekday daytime/evening weekend and priced per hour.

Booking are not secured until the office has replied with confirmation and payment made.
Without explanation, King's Inverness reserves the right to refuse bookings at the sole discretion of the Trustees.
Self Serve Tea and Coffee pots can be supplied at a cost of £5 Tea/£7 Coffee per pot.
Free WI-FI available throughout the Factory.
Room booking starts from only £10 an hour.
All our profits are reinvested into local community projects
MAIN AUDITORIUM
Seating in our main auditorium of up 250 people or banqueting style of up to 120. (Caretaking fees may apply if required layout is out with our usual set up)
Professional PA & video set up with fully trained operators (Subject to availability at an additional £16 per hour) Live streaming capabilities.
Please note we do not rent out the space for parties.

ROOM 1
Room 1 is our smallest meeting room suitable for 10 people.
Large Screen available to plug laptop by HDMI.

ROOM 2
Room 2 is a medium sized room that can be supplied empty, lecture style (40 people) or with tables and chairs for meeting (24 people). It has a large screen that can be connected with a HDMI cable with AUX input.

£15-£25 per hour
ROOM 5
Room 5 is a larger space with higher ceilings.
Can accommodate up to 60 seated in rows or up to 36 at tables and chairs.
Large Screen available to plug laptop by HDMI.

COFFEE AREA
Our coffee area is the first space as you enter The Factory. This space is only available for hire when other rooms in the building are not being used. (Kitchen is not part of the rental - please note we do not rent out our kitchen space).
The space is set with small tables and chairs. It cannot be provided empty.
